Veneration is an homage to the Trappist Brewers of Belgium. To innovate on their traditions, we took a true-to-style Belgian Quad, added figs and molasses, and aged the whole thing in rye whiskey barrels.

Hand-crafting each batch of Dragon’s Milk Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout in Holland, Michigan. Roasted malt delivers notes of coffee and chocolate, which are married with sweet undertones of vanilla and oak from a three-month stay in bourbon barrels.
Brewed with the finest American malts. Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance the fullness of flavors, which cannot be duplicated otherwise. Expect this ale to be fun, fruity, and satisfying.

First Brewed 312 years ago in 1710. Ireland- Irish Red Ale- Smithwick’s Irish Ale is a copper-colored ale with a thick, pillowy head. The aroma is sweet with malty caramel notes. It has a very clean taste with great hop flavors.
